GYPSUM BOARD CORE BINDER
With high performance of core binder starch enhances gypsum crystal strength that increases flexural strength and reduce crystal imparting that reduces nail pull resistance. With improved binding one can achieve lightweight and thinner gypsum boards to achieve better economically
good looking boards
GYPSUM BOARD STARCH
We Are One Of The Leading Manufacture Of Gypsum Board Starch, Which Are Widely Used In Gypsum Board Industry Our Gypsum Board Starch Manufacture From Maize , Tapioca & Potato Starch Â
Modified Starch plays an important role in the manufacture of gypsum wallboard, protecting the gypsum crystals that form the bond between the gypsum core and the paper. These crystals, located at the edges of the wallboard, are subject to dehydration and breakage during high temperature exposure in the drying kilns. The starch holds water during kiln drying and protects these bonding crystals from dehydration. Severe dehydration causes the paper to peel off of the board core.Â

The Smart Starch Solution for Every Industry.
Modified starch plays a crucial role in enhancing the strength of gypsum boards by preventing cracking, improving fatigue resistance, and protecting bonding crystals from dehydration during kiln drying.
Starch protects the gypsum-paper bond from breaking due to heat exposure, which helps in preventing paper peeling and ensures better structural integrity of the board.
The core binder starch improves crystal strength, increasing the flexural strength of gypsum boards. It also reduces crystal imperfections, leading to lightweight, durable, and high-quality boards.
Starch should be stored in a cool, dry, and ventilated area, away from direct sunlight, to maintain its effectiveness and prevent degradation.
It is available in 25/50 KG PP Bags, ensuring convenient handling and transportation.
